UK Boarding schools are the private schools which help international students to progress to university. IELTS tests is an English language qualification that is necessary for visa applications to the UK. The score requirement varies, depending upon specific courses in different institutions. However, the minimum requirement for a Tier 4 student visa for a bachelor or postgraduate degree is 5.5 overall and for each component.
Students who are planning on studying in the UK are required to have a tuberculosis (TB) test at a UK-approved screening clinic if they are coming to the UK for more than 6 months. The clinician will give you a certificate, which is valid for 6 months from the date of the x-ray, to send with your UK visa application.
Once the institution has offered you a place on a course, you will receive a reference number called Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from them, which is valid for 6 months, for your visa application.
